ITF tools and resources
A major piece of work for the project has been the construction of a self review matrix for ITOs to use as they undergo their quality improvement processes for the management of embedded literacy and numeracy.
Based on the High Performing ITO framework developed by the ITF and a capability audit framework developed by the Design Council (UK), the tool sets out to provide a way for ITOs to think about their projects more developmentally and systemically.
As of December 2009, the tool has been reviewed by a ITO reference group. The draft version is loaded up here for your information.
A workshop to review the tool will be held in March 2010.
