LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT - LEARNING STATE

We are currently seeking an eager and enthusiastic Learning and Development Consultant to work in teams to identify client needs, develop solutions to those needs, and manage the delivery of those solutions.

As an L&D Consultant, you will also participate in quality assurance and evaluation of programmes and services, and have income and KPI targets which you will be required to meet. Ideally you can demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

* Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship building skills,

* Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

* Time management and organisational skills

* Qualification or experience in learning and development, adult education, learning solutions, or materials design.
