POSITION TITLE: Regional Co Ordinator

LOCATION: Wellington CBD

On their behalf we are looking for an experienced co-ordinator who will have overall responsibility for the administration, co-ordination and reconciliation of off-site training activities.

The successful appointee will need to have:

* A can do attitude with proven administration experience in a training      environment

* Skills in data-analysis

* Superior communication skills both verbal and written

* Proven commitment to high levels of customer service

* The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Skills/Knowledge and Experience

A tertiary qualification is desirable

Experience in developing and implementing administration

Experience in managing projects, analyzing and interpreting data

POSITION TITLE: Qualifications Manager

LOCATION: Auckland

Do you have a L & D background, understand adult learning and have apassion for the provision of up to date, innovate and useful qualifications,that will build the skill base of New Zealand? 

Competenz is a highly respected ITO that iscommitted to excellence in developing and managing industry qualifications,defining training standards and career path requirements for industry andproviding support for industry training, assessment and moderation processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to build on the work already done, and to useyour L & D experience to improve on, manage and maintain an excitingportfolio of Unit Standards and Qualifications, focusing on sound pedagogicprinciples and understanding of how adults learn in the workplace.

A key task for the successful applicant will be to research current practiceboth within the industry and internationally, and recommend a long termstrategy to keep this ITO at the forefront for the industries it represents.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven L & D experience and a sound knowledge of adult learning

* Education to a tertiary level

* Understanding of professional development, competency based assessment   and the New Zealand Training industry
* Relationship management skills and a strong customer focus

POSITION TITLE Industry Training Advisors

LOCATION: Wellington CBD

Your love of cars, combined with your passion for relationship management, top that with experience in education and training - this is for you!

On offer are two great positions with the Motor Industry Training Organisation. On behalf of MITO we are seeking two Industry Training Advisors to be based in Wellington.

With a mechanical background and a passion of education and training you will be responsible for promoting, implementing, co-ordinating and monitoring training arrangements that will enable MITO meet the needs of the industry and support the workforce development strategies in place.

For much of this role you will be out and about ensuring that relationships are maintained and grown.

To be successful in securing one of the two roles on offer you must be prepared to show skills and experience in:

* Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships
* Professional oral and written skills
* Experience in marketing, sales and promotional work

You must also have a clean and full drivers licence.
